I am happy to exchange your unworn, unopened headband for another headband or store credit within 7 days of delivery and based on available inventory.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and adjustments.
I do take your happiness and satisfaction seriously, so I will work with you to make sure you are 100% happy with your order. Though I take great care in the packaging of your items, it is possible for something to go wrong during the shipping process. If your item arrives with faults, contact me within 3 days after your order has been delivered and I’ll get it replaced.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
