Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately we no longer offer refunds or return for purchases. 

In order for me to continuously bring you the best prices on the highest quality headbands, Fablebands only offers store credit or replacements for defective/damaged items.

I do take your happiness and satisfaction seriously, so I will work with you to make sure you are 100% happy with your order. Though I take great care in the making and packaging of your items, it is possible for something to go wrong during the production and/or shipping process. If your item arrives with faults, contact me within 7 days after your order has been delivered and I’ll get it replaced.

  • No items will be replaced after the 7 day period.
  • Replacement for defective items can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on item availability. 
  • If item is damaged or lost in transit through USPS, we'll file a claim and we when we receive confirmation of refund we can send out a replacement. 
  • Please always provide proof (i.e. pictures, etc…) of your damaged item(s).

Orders marked as Delivered by USPS cannot be replaced or refunded.
Packages that go unclaimed, are returned to Fablebands. Buyer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment back to you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, your order will be returned to Fablebands. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
