Fablebands are the original book & fandom inspired headbands & scrunchies. All fabrics feature a book inspired/based design created by artists around the world.

Fablebands are made using responsibly sourced fabrics made in the USA and Europe. For detailed fabric content please check each product page individually.

Fablebands is a women owned shop. All products are cut, sewn and packed with tons of love in sunny Miami, FL. Some items are also handmade in our second home in Lisbon, Portugal.

Wash separately in cool or warm water using a gentle machine cycle and phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low temperature setting. Use the iron on a synthetic setting only. Higher temperatures may result in color transfer and melting of fabric.

Points may only be used Online at fablebands.com. Points will not work on our Etsy shop.

Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale:

❁ 50 Bows = 10% off

❁ 100 Bows = 15% off

❁ 250 Bows = 20% off

Once available, points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards. Gift card redemptions are eligible for points.

All points acquired, whether standard points or bonus points, shall expire 365 days from the date the points are added to your account. Points expire 365 days from the date in which they were assigned to your account, regardless of point status (on hold, approved, etc.). For example, points earned on November 1, 2020 will expire at 12:01am EST October 31, 2021.

When you sign up for Bow Club, points are added to your account instantly. Points earned from orders are added to your account when your order ships.

Redeemed coupon codes expire 30 days after being created.

Yes! Most Fablebands, unless it is clearly stated that are exclusive, will be restocked throughout the year.

Only Faux Knots and Scrunchies are regularly stocked. All other styles are only available during pre-order sales, and sometimes once more at the end of the year.

Pre-Order items have longer processing times than Ready to Ship items, typically 6 - 8 weeks.

Ready to Ship and Pre-Order items in the same order will ship in different packages; shipping will be automatically calculated accordingly during checkout.

We strongly recommend you download the Shop App to track the actual status of your order as I might have to print your shipping labels up to 10 days in advance to the actual shipping date.

Please note this is a small shop were all the fabric is cut manually and final products are sewn using non-industrial sewing machines.

All in stock items (not marked as pre-order on the day of purchase) will ship (be dropped at the post office) 10-15 days from the date you placed your order.

All items marked as Pre-Order on the day of purchase have longer processing times, usually 6 - 8 weeks. However, we will not offer refunds for unshipped orders until 10 weeks after placing your order. Please check your order confirmation email for estimated shipping dates (the date your package will be dropped at the post office). Placing an order means that you agree to these terms and this will be used for payment claims.

We usually print the shipping labels up to 7 days before your order is dropped at the post office for organizational purposes. Please review our Processing Times FAQ above or visit our Shipping Policy page for additional information.

Mylene, co-owner of Fablebands, moved to Portugal. Although the majority of Fablebands are still handmade in Miami by Mylene's family, some items are still being sewn by her in Portugal. When there's no inventory available in Miami, FL, they might ship from Mylene's home in Lisbon, Portugal.

At the moment, I am unable to combine orders and will no longer be issuing refunds for shipping due to combining orders. I have no automatic way of doing this. Since this is all manual work it leaves too much room for mistakes.

In order for us to continuously bring you the best prices on the highest quality headbands, Fablebands only offers store credit or replacements for defective/damaged items.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after the Pre-Order sale period has closed. Ready to Ship orders cannot be cancelled after marked as shipped.

Starting July 2nd, 2020, all Fablebands orders will include shipping insurance. This will cover packages and its contents from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to the exclusions) while in transit. This insurance will not cover the cost of the postal service (shipping cost portion of your order). 

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please fill out this form so we can submit a claim. 

You replacement order will be processed/sent once the claim has been approved. Please note that buyers will be responsible for shipping charges as these are not covered by the shipping insurance.
